Core Principles
Respect Others
Treat everyone with kindness. Harassment, hate speech, and abusive language are not tolerated.
Be Honest
Provide accurate descriptions and photos. Do not mislead buyers about the condition or price of an item.
Follow the Law
You are responsible for ensuring your listings comply with all local, state, and national laws.
🚫 Strictly Prohibited Items
To ensure the safety of our community, the following items are never allowed on Hub1, even if they are legal in your jurisdiction:
- • Firearms, weapons, and ammunition
- • Drugs, narcotics, and controlled substances
- • Alcohol, tobacco, and e-cigarettes
- • Explosives and fireworks
- • Human parts, remains, or fluids
- • Stolen property
- • Hazardous materials
- • Adult content or services
Zero Tolerance: Violating this policy will result in the immediate removal of your listing and a permanent ban from the platform.
Restricted Categories
🐾 Pets & Animals
We allow the rehoming and sale of pets only if you strictly adhere to local animal welfare laws.
- No endangered or protected species.
- Animals must be treated humanely.
- You must acknowledge our animal welfare policy before posting.
- We encourage adoption over buying whenever possible.
🌿 Plants & Seeds
Trading plants and seeds is permitted, but you must ensure:
- No invasive species that are banned in your region.
- No protected or endangered plant species.
- Compliance with agricultural regulations regarding transport.
Enforcement & Reporting
We use a combination of automated tools and community reporting to enforce these guidelines.
If you see a violation: Please use the "Report" button found on every listing. Reported listings are automatically quarantined (hidden) until our team reviews them.
If you violate these guidelines:
- Your content may be removed without warning.
- Your account may be temporarily suspended.
- For serious or repeated offenses, your account will be permanently banned.
